New Acson inverter can cut running costs by 30%
Acson Internationals new DC inverter air conditioning system could save businesses up to 30% less than standard fixed speed units. The recently launched unit boasts a European energy efficiency A rating and has a COP of 3.23. The inverter also runs on environmentally friendly R410a refrigerant.
The DC inverter monitors environmental conditions and controls the compressor motor speed to create a more precisely controlled room temperature. Cooling capacity and energy usage is controlled between 1.03kW and 4.39kW to maintain maximum operating efficiency.
By matching the compressor speed to the room demand, the Acson Inverter System is able to run quietly at all times while the use of a two speed outdoor fan motor, with larger fan blades, lowers RPM and further reduces noise levels.
The inverter is fitted with hydrophilic blue fin anti-corrosion coils on both its indoor and outdoor units and the three stage anti purifying filters remove comparatively large particles from the air while the dual action filters help to remove microscopic air particles.
In addition, the Acson DC inverter boasts a self diagnostic system whereby both the indoor and outdoor LED error code indicator helps to simplify the trouble shooting process. If a fault is detected during normal operation, the LED will indicate the cause.
